EPPPL 1/2023 Out Now

 Issue 1/2023 of the European Procurement & Public Private Partnerships Law Review (EPPPL) is available! In this issue you can find articles on: the Italian experience in adoption of mandatory GPP criteria; preventing and fighting corruption on public procurement in Portugaldiscretionary exclusion grounds in Directive 2014/24/EU; adjusting for the impacts of Covid-19 in PPPs with no contractual base; and the firs part of a study on climate change considerations in public procurement and concessions in Bulgaria.

A highlight in EPPPL 1/2023 is the launch of a new section – the ‘International & Interdisciplinary’ section. In this edition, the thematic focus is on SMEs and public procurement.
